MEET ME..

My name is Karla Bravo, I am 17 years old I was born on May 10th, 1983. I think I'm a very happy person who likes to laugh a lot and to have fun; one of my best or worst characteristics is that i'm pretty honest, and sometimes I harm people who don't know me a lot to know I'm jut playing. As my friends say I'm a sarcastic person, but over all I am a good friend. In the physical aspect I'm medium height (1.65 cm) and medium complexion; I have brown eyes, black hair, slightly curly and now I have it a long, by the size of the medium back, my nose is small and my friends told me that it look like a rabbit's one because it moves every time I talk; my mouth is small and my face is oval shaped, some parts of my body are a little bit muscular and that is because I go to the gym almost everyday but as i told you I am medium complexion. In the school I'm a responsible student, and I have good grades; although I hate mathematics and other fake subjects like DHP or Scientific Research. I love computers, and one of my favourite hobbies is to make websites, and in this matter I also love to play playstation; in more social hobbies I like to go to the movies with my friends or just spend time with them. As an overall about me I'm a very loyal person, funny, happy but with a slight touch of sarcasm and irony, I think is a good mixture isn't'?

THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE.

My favorite place is Acapulco, and the reason is because I have been there a lot of times and I always have fun. It is a beautiful place with one of the most beautiful beaches of Mexico, of course it's not so beautiful as Can Cun or other places but is nearer than them. The mornings there are beautiful because the smell of the sea and the heat makes a great combination; the sand is a little bit rough on some places but you can go to Pie de la Cuesta, or Playa Diamante for smoother sand. The best thing of Acapulco is that you can do a lot of things in the day; you can spend the entire day on the beach getting a nice tan or swimming. If you want to know the place, you can walk to the Avenue that crosses all the cost, or if you are a shopping person you can go to the local markets to get some cool souvenirs that are hand made. In the afternoon you can go to eat to many different kind of places from nice restaurants to small "fondas". A nice thing to do on evenings is to watch the sunset in its maximum splendor; at night you can go clubbing or just take a delicious meal. Acapulco is a nice place for all kind of people you always find something interesting to do, know or have.

ONE WEEKEND WITH KARLA

A normal weekend with me is a everything but take rest, for example I'm gonna tell you what do i do every Saturday and a routine that has become a nice part in my life. First i wake up at 8:30 am i get dressed and I prepare for a new journey with a light breakfast, well the word breakfast is an ornament because the only thing I get is a glass of milk but i will tell you why. After my nourishing breakfast I mount on my bike and began the ride of the day; I go from my house that is nearby Maddox School and Saint Joseph's Hospital to Zona Azul. I cross to Plaza Satélite where I spent a little time fighting with cars because they don't have respect for honest, little girls like me. After some motherly words I cross the streets until I'm on the Civic Center then I make a fast decision: if I am on the mood I may go to Gustavo Baz if not I'll just keep doing at least four laps on the Civic Center. After this fast and easy choice I begin my trip to my house if I have some strength left I take the shorter but harder route that is on Aurrera's low way and a big way up to the Hospital, if not I return to Plaza and go again to Zona Azul to get to my home. After my little, tiring and sweaty ride I get to my home and do my own personal exercise routine. It consists basically on some crunches (a lot), lifting and weight lifting (this almost consumes 2 hours of my day and if you make calculations you see that I end at 2:00 p.m. more less). After this I can sing victory because I finally get what I deserve a real breakfast (at 2:00pm thank god that this is only on Weekends!). Then I depend on what my parents will do if they do something; of if I'm lucky I will have own plans that most of the time consist on going to my best friend's (Gerardo) house.. After making myself fool a little bit I get a long, hot, steamy bath. When I get out of the bathroom by miracle it's time to eat and by this hour I can tell that Saturday's is almost over. If it's a funny Saturday I will go to the movies or I will rent it one on Videocentro or Blockbuster, if everything fails I have some videos of my own private collection that consists on Action Movies, Shows and TV episodes; those are like my emergency entertainment if everything goes wrong. When I finish I realize that is a little bit late and that it's time to go to bed. This is the way of finishing a day for me and although I end more tired than what rested I enjoy it because riding my bike alone, with my best friend or with my parents is an amusing experience that I love every weekend to happen.

MY BEST ANECDOTE.

Trying to sintethize all the best things I have had in my life into my best anecdote is a little bit difficult but I'll try to do it, I think it was on my 15th year party. It was in 1998 when I was on Secondary school on a Sunday; I wait until the last to decide that I wanted a party my father gave me the most spectacular party I have ever been, it was on Sky club on the World Trade Center in Polanco all my family went, as my school friends, Primary friends (some), and all my basketball team. We were more than two hundred people dancing on the top of the building, eating, laughing and having fun. It began at 6:00 p.m. and it finished until 2:00 a.m. I have a lot of good memories, and i remember it like it was yesterday I entered and saw the big Antro empty, I prepared because I knew I'll see my friends and family in few more time, when most of the people had arrived we began to dance then after a little while it was time of my dance I chose my three favorite songs in that time: Time to say Goodbye, I will always love you and Once Upon a December, after the dance; I danced with my relatives a lot of time. After that little embarrassing moment we cut my cake it was so delicious that every time i think on in I lick my lips trying to remember the sweet flavor and texture. When we all ate the cake we ate some Mexican snacks and danced a lot more, I have a lot of photos of that party most of them with my friends and this make me very happy because although i don't see some of my friends because they are on other schools i remember them with a lot of love. When the party finished at early morning my feet were numb and sore something funny was that when I arrived to my parent's car I threw my shoes and put on my tennis (I can't live with out them believe me) and go to our home to open all my presents and to remember all the events that had just happened a few hours ago, i have great memories about this moment in special first because this was the best I got with my father (now we are very apart) and with my school friends, after this experience and other ones that are sad I have learned to enjoy every minute of the life because maybe the tomorrow won't arrive.
